LES MISÉRABLES
A dream come true closed to standing ovations
LES MISÉRABLES turned out to be a huge success: we were sold out for all the entire run. AFN reported on opening night, since it also was the big reopening of the renovated theatre (watch the video, courtesy AFN) Each night again, the audiences gave standing ovations to the cast, orchestra and crew of LES MISÉRABLES and praised the -quote- "amazing quality of this production". Also, never before was a show sold out as quickly as this one: it only took one week after opening night! At that time, we were the only community theatre worldwide, who was allowed to do LES MISÉRABLES and were also asked to videotape a congratulation message to the current London Cast: during our run, LES MISÉRABLES became to longest running musical ever.
